Location was perfect for the game. Even though it was very crowded with the game the roof top area was beautiful to relax in and our room was clean and comfortable.

Loved the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheets, the record player/bluetooth was a nice touch. The bathroom shower was so great too with tile flooring/wall. I was in an another hotel prior, and it felt so nice to be in a cleaner facility.

This is my 2nd stay at the property in the past 60 days and have another booked for next month. My primary reason is because the excellent customer care Jason Arnold has given to my party. He is professional, and runs a great bar. When we met him he was manager of the Rooftop bar and now he is manages the AC bar, too. You have found an excellent, loyal employee and I hope you realize what a gem you have. In addition, we have grown to adore Isa at the front desk. She always greets us with a warm welcome and goes the extra mile guide to excellent situations. Her smile and attention to detail should not go without proper recognition.

Rooftop pool is amazing. Great view and comfy seating. Location is close to UT and walkable to downtown.

If you have a student at UT, living off Guadalupe, the location couldn’t be better. Vibe is great, all the amenities you need (gym, bar, restaurant, pool, etc.). Rooms are comfortable. Clean.

Excellent hotel in a really good location in the University area. The rooftop pool area is exceptional and the restaurant Acre 41 was delightful. Great spacious room which was immaculate throughout our stay. The vinyl record player and record was really good as was the huge room TV.

The location was perfect and close to city attractions. Also, the staff was nice and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and the bed was heavenly.

fantastic comfort for a city hotel, bed was fantastic and gave a great nights sleep every night. staff are great really friendly and warm and multiple welcomes whenever you come through the lobby. acre 41 restaurant superb for breakfast and dinner and the rooftop bar great (when it’s open)
